“In 2022 we found our dream home. The home had been meticulously planned by its original owners, with grand light-filled rooms, ornate moldings and beautiful millwork throughout. I knew this was the perfect home for both our family life and my love of hosting. I had long admired Sarah’s bold use of color and pattern mixing, and knew her team could help me to modernize our home. We wanted to balance the home’s grandeur with a playful take on design that felt comfortable, warm and inviting for our young family.
I grew up visiting open houses and resale shops and working on DIY design projects with my mom. I love everything about the design process. Sarah’s team was incredible to work with. They listened to all of our functional needs, but also indulged all of my design dreams. I envisioned a home full of the jewel tones I was drawn to. I wanted to mix antique pieces we had acquired from the previous home owners and my own childhood home, with bold wall coverings and fresh textiles and fabrics. I couldn’t have envisioned a better result. A home with layers of interest that felt personal to us and made our guests want to linger. Every room feels intentional and unique, but flows together seamlessly. Working with Sarah and her team was truly a dream come true from start to finish.”
